If the wolf and the rabbit are alone on one shore, the wolf will eat the rabbit. If the rabbit and the carrot are alone on the shore, the rabbit will eat the carrot. How can the farmer bring the wolf, the rabbit, and the carrot across the river without anything being eaten?
